Job Description

Accident & Health Claims Assistant Manager [Up to $5000] – CL

• Handle insurance claims specially in Accident & Health area
• Min Diploma/ Degree/ Professional Certificates in Insurance
• Min 3 years of experience in Accident & Health Claims
• Monday to Friday (9-6pm)
• Basic up to $ 5000


Provide accurate and timely assessment of medical claims within the required service standards and ensure that claims are paid accurately and promptly
Handle claims investigation, enquiries and appeals
Foster strong relationships with internal and external key stakeholders to ensure of a smooth claims process and achieve claims objective (policyholders, medical institutions, beneficiaries, servicing reps etc)
Involve in process improvements projects to improve process efficiency
Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory and legal matter
Provide training & guidance to junior staffs

Job requirement
Min Diploma or Degree or Professional Insurance Certificate with at least 3 years’ of relevant accident & health claims experience
Prior experience in life & personal accident claims will be an added advantage
Strong analytical, written and communication skills
Team player and a people oriented person

Working Hours
Monday to Friday
9 to 6 pm

Working Location
Central
