Job Description

Responsibilities 1 Assist in the finance functions to ensure day-to-day operations of overall accounting and financialactivities 2 Ensure accurate and timely reporting and submission of monthly periodic financial and managementreports 3 Ensure that financial transactions are properly updated and recorded 4 Prepare accounting documents and monthly schedules 5 Prepare reconciliations such as bank and debtor creditor reconciliations6 Assist in the preparation of reports for external reporting e g statutory annual financial statements 7 Handling SST GST related matters 8 Preparation of monthly cash flow and company budget 9 Responsible for hands on operations in all spectrum of Corporate Affairs Administration aspects 10 To assist in managing and handling full spectrum of Corporate Affairs related matters Admin dutieswhich include administration preparation of letters and reports licensing application and renewal Group Hospitalisation Insurance Group Personal Accident Office Insurance Office AssetManagement Audit and IT Management and etc 11 To oversee admin functions namely reception area meeting rooms dispatch Company drivers purchasing and monitoring of office stationery office furniture and equipment etc Requirements 1 Minimum 3-5 years in managing full spectrum of Corporate Affairs Administration functions andFinance and Taxation experience in the related field 2 Good and sound knowledge in accounting and internal control system 3 With the ability to converse in Japanese language Company Information 1 Company Industry Contruction2 Working Hours 0900-1800 Monday - Friday3 Location Raja Chulan
