Company is experiencing growth in sales and needs a finance professional with keen eye for detail and strong understanding of internal controls Key Responsibilities Supervise a young Finance teamPrepare weekly cash flow forecasts Maintain and ensure accuracy over fixed asset register Prepare journal entries for management approval Prepare monthly financial statements P and L for review Co-ordinate the completion of monthly operation reports for submission to principals Prepare monthly analysis of cost of goods sold and operational expenses against prior year and budget providing explanations and solutions to help mitigate the risks Identify investigate and analyze potential operational improvement As appropriate based on findings make proposal for operational changes policy procedures processes etc Assist in the development and implementation of SOPs Prepare and assist in reviewing costing files for menus Assist to liaise with external parties such as bank auditors tax agents as and when required Perform all other duties as assigned and required The ideal candidate will possess At least a Bachelor and rsquo s Degree Post Graduate Diploma Professional Degree in Commerce Finance Accountancy or equivalentExceptional organization skills keen attention to detail Strong communication organization skill and time management skill Proven success in a fast-paced results and deadline driven environment Ability to work independently to manage and resolve issues and exercise good judgement in escalating issues to management At least 8 years of working experience is required for this position Experience in F and B industry is preferred Experience with company secretarial matters will be an advantage
