Job Description

JOB TITLE Accounting & Finance (Thai Speaker)

Reports to

Reports Directly to the Assistant Manager / Manager

Job Summary

The collector is the key support contact for the center, local and customer in term of supporting the collections activities

The collector are responsible for the maintenance of the customer accounts assigned

The collector works closely with the direct superior / local CFO to drive the efficiency of the team

The accountant is the key support contact for the center and local in term of supporting the accounts payable activities

The accountants are responsible for the maintenance of the accounts payable by supplier and country assigned

The accountant is the key support contact for the center and local in term of supporting the general ledger

The accountant are responsibles for the maintenance of the accounts, pnl and balance sheet by country assigned

The accountants work closely with the Team Lead to drive the efficiency of the team

Make daily collection calls / emails to assigned customers

Perform dunning process

Reach out country contact/operations to solve dispute and customers' enquiries

Conduct AR analysis and resolve outstanding AR balances

Credit control / assessment

Prepare reports and management reports

Reconcile AR/AR balance and GL

Prepare and send statement to customers

Support statutory audit/tax filing

Process all payments, and ensure all critical & ad hoc payment is paid on time and accurately

Perform monthly closing

Prepare journal and load into Oracle

Checking for completeness of the posting

Reconciliation of accounts on monthly basis

Close period and open period

Prepare reports for management

Prepare secondary ledgers

Support audit for the country of support

Support tax filing for the country of support



Qualified accountant with a degree or professional qualification

1-5 years of working experience in any area
