JOB TITLE Accounting and Finance Thai SpeakerReports to Reports Directly to the Assistant Manager ManagerJob Summary The collector is the key support contact for the center local and customer in term of supporting the collections activities The collector are responsible for the maintenance of the customer accounts assignedThe collector works closely with the direct superior local CFO to drive the efficiency of the team The accountant is the key support contact for the center and local in term of supporting the accounts payable activities The accountants are responsible for the maintenance of the accounts payable by supplier and country assignedThe accountant is the key support contact for the center and local in term of supporting the general ledgerThe accountant are responsibles for the maintenance of the accounts pnl and balance sheet by country assignedThe accountants work closely with the Team Lead to drive the efficiency of the team Make daily collection calls emails to assigned customersPerform dunning processReach out country contact operations to solve dispute and customers enquiriesConduct AR analysis and resolve outstanding AR balancesCredit control assessmentPrepare reports and management reportsReconcile AR AR balance and GLPrepare and send statement to customersSupport statutory audit tax filingProcess all payments and ensure all critical and ad hoc payment is paid on time and accurately Perform monthly closingPrepare journal and load into OracleChecking for completeness of the postingReconciliation of accounts on monthly basisClose period and open periodPrepare reports for managementPrepare secondary ledgersSupport audit for the country of supportSupport tax filing for the country of supportADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS MANDATED BY THE MANAGEMENTQualificationsQualified accountant with a degree or professional qualification 1-5 years of working experience in any area Freshie are encourage to applyCore Competencies Technical Skill Experience in using Excel Power Point and WordAnalytical problem solverSoft skill desirable Excellent interpersonal skills and meticulousAble to work independently Ability to work and deliver results within agreed timeline Good communication skills-fluent in spoken and written in Englishand Thai Attention-to-details and diligent Ability to work with multi-cultural environment Own the responsibility to the task assigned
