Job Description

To assist the Accounts Department with bookkeeping and data entry functions

Working closely with accounts department to ensure that all documents are submitted in a timely manner

Generate and prepare monthly sales report and summary statement to all suppliers

Preparing and issuing of invoices for billing purposes

Inputting sales data from retailers/suppliers into SQL accounting system on a monthly basis

Preparing and updating bank reconciliation

Liaising with retailers for payment or discrepancies in invoices/sales report

Maintaining and updating debtors and creditors list

Responsible for monthly payroll, claims, and other HR related matters and to ensure all statutory and government payment and assessment are submitted on time

To check on monthly staff expenses and OT claims

To handle general administrative duties and maintain proper filing and documentation


Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting & Finance

At least 2-3 years working experience in accounting field

Experience working with SQL accounting system/ working in a retail environment

Hardworking and able to work independently

Good at multitasking

Organised and detail oriented
