Job Description

Job Purpose

The Accounts & Administration Executive is responsible to provide accounting and administrative support to the organisation This will include overall responsibility for all aspects of accounting management and general administration duties

Minimum Academic Qualification

Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Accountancy or equivalent

Related Experience

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably with experience in a non-governmental organisation

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

Understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting skills

Good understanding of basic general accounting principles and concepts and their applications

Experience in using accounting systems eg UBS

Good analytical skills with numerical ability and excellent attention to detail

Excellent computer skills especially MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)

Good verbal and written communication skills

Good interpersonal skills to interact in a professional manner with internal and external stakeholders
