Job ResponsibilitiesAssist in maintaining an up-to-date billing and collection systemGenerate and send out invoicesFollow up on collections and allocate paymentsCarry out billing collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlinesAssist in house-keeping and perform account reconciliationsMonitor customer account details for non-payments delayed payments and other irregularitiesAssist in maintaining accounts receivable customer files and recordsPrepare bank depositsProcess adjustments Assist with month-end closingJob DescriptionCandidate must possess at least Diploma Post Graduate Diploma in Finance Accountancy Banking or equivalent At least 1Years of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position Required Skills Microsoft Office Word and Excel ERPPreferably specialized in Finance - General Cost Accounting Accounts Receivables or equivalent Candidates are prefered to have a positive mindset team player meticulous motivated self driven and posses good interpersonal skills Candidate should also be able to plan to complete assigned task and keep time well Candidate should also be able to work and report under tight deadlines Ability to start immediately is an added advantage
