Employment Terms



Minimum 6 months contract position (with expected extension)



Job Responsibilities

The Accounts Assistant supports the provision of accounting services ensuring high quality, accuracy and consistency of work in line with the Standard Opening Procedures



Perform general accounting transactions including preparation of account reconciliations and journal entries

Provide support and assistance to the Regional Teams or Functions with the processing of Revenue, Asset or Expense transactions

Perform treasury accounting transactions based on the supporting documentation

Perform asset verifications, intermodular reconciliations, financial review and data analysis



Requirements



University Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration with minimum 1 year of relevant working experience OR High School Certificate with minimum 4 years of relevant working experience

1-6 years of relevant working experience is preferred

Fluent in English
