Job Description


Bookkeeping duties such as recording and maintaining company financial records;

Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable;

Monitor debtor collection and creditor payment;

Prepare monthly debtor and creditor reports;

Assist in handle statutory audits, ensure compliance and clearance.

To perform any other related duties when required.

HR Administration

Handle employee monthly payroll – salary and leave calculation;

Handle recruitment matters;

Develop necessary documents, handbooks, workflow, policies and process;

Assist in all administrative activities.


Candidate must process at least Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.

Basic knowledge of local employment laws and HR Administration.

At least 1 to 2 years working experience preferably from shipping or logistics industry.

Fresh grades are encouraged to apply as well.

Required skill(s): SQL Accounting/Payroll software, Microsoft office and basic computer knowledge

Require language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Candidates able to speak and write in Mandarin preferred as role requires to deal with mandarin speaking suppliers.

Committed, dynamic, strong sense of responsibility, result oriented and must able to work independently.
