Purpose of Job To assist matters Center Manager in managing tenant customer enquiry on the mall and any relevant areas andhandle daily office administration incl HR accounting purchasing data update and etc Job Responsibilities -To assist in the Center management on the day to day of the mall operations To assist on daily collection report and liaise with Finance for any payment received To update and maintain an update HR record liaise closely with hq HR department To handle the purchasing process and follow up delivery To assist Retail Marketing department on any AP matters To handle Customers enquiries or complaints To handle Tenants renovation applications feedback and any relevant matters To maintain monitor and update Tenant status Any adhoc duties as assignedMinimum Academic Professional Minimum Diploma in Administration Estate Management Finance and Accounting or equivalentCandidates with knowledge in property development will be an added advantageMinimum Work Experience Minimum 2-3 years in working experience in office administration of commercial industry those without the above qualification but have more than 3 years related working experience will be consideredKnowledge in Microsoft OfficeCandidate with knowledge in property development retail will be an added advantagePleasant personality and well groomed Strong interpersonal and communication skills in handling enquiries and complaintsTeam player able to work under pressure meticulousAble to work independently and resourceful
