Job Description

Job Responsibilities

To perform general accounting and administrative duties as assigned by superior

To organize and handle office day-to-day administtrative work including billing and filing

To handle and solve the clients' problems

Responsible for daily account recording function for the company

Responsible for issuance of invoices and others biling documents

To perform data entry and handle full set of accounts using system

To handle any ad hoc tasks when required by the superior

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent

Have basic knowledge in Accounting is an added advantage

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Required language(s)English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin

Experience in Microsoft applications including Word and Excel

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Willing to learn and committed to work
