Job Description

Responsible for the general administration functions.Oversee the operations & maintenance of all electrical, air-conditioning, and other building services.Engage external vendors for maintenance work by sourcing quotations, raising approvals & issuing purchase order.Maintain good relations with service providers & local authorities for matters relating to license and/or permits.Respond and provide necessary information and report to respective department and management meeting purpose.Responsible in office maintenance, office equipment and furniture, office housekeeping and landscaping.Responsible to liaise with supplier/vendor/contractor for quotation or office repair maintenance, repair maintenance, repair office equipment, furniture etc.Insurance and road tax renewal and updating

Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.Preferable Junior Executive specializing in Electrical & Maintenance/repair or equivalent.Minimum 1 year experience in related field is required for this position.Possess Driving /Motorcycle license.Knowledge in MS Office application.Successful candidate to be based at Subang office.
