Job Description

Responsibilities and bull Manage membership records new renewal applications payment of renewal records and bull Prepare mailing and bull Handle general administrative duties and general affairs of the association and bull Attend phone calls receive dispatch documents and attend walk in visitors and bull Dissemination of circulars letters by post e-mail and bull Drafting of standard correspondence preparing notes presentations and bull Maintain proper filing of documents and bull 5 Workdays week 9am-5pm and bull Any other duties as assigned Requirements and bull Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Advanced Higher Graduate Diploma in office administration and bull Preferably a candidate with min 1-year experience in admin secretary field and bull Well versed in MS Office Outlook Word Excel Access Power Point and bull Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Benefits and bull EPF EIS SOCSO and bull Medical claim and bull Annual leave
