Job Description

Responsibilities
• Manage membership records, new / renewal applications, payment of renewal records
• Prepare mailing
• Handle general administrative duties and general affairs of the association
• Attend phone calls, receive dispatch documents and attend walk in visitors
• Dissemination of circulars / letters by post / e-mail
• Drafting of standard correspondence / preparing notes / presentations
• Maintain proper filing of documents

• 5 Workdays/ week, 9am-5pm
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in office administration
• Preferably a candidate with min 1-year experience in admin/ secretary field
• Well versed in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Power Point)
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
