Looking for an energetic and driven Admin/Office Manager to help with office and administrative related matters

To handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers and partners in a timely mannerOrganize and schedule appointments, plan meetings and record meeting minutesPerform dailyadministrativeworks such as data entry, documentation processing, maintain office equipmentProduce expense and leave reportsCarrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, resumes, and presentationsMaintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operationsPurchasing office supplies, equipment, and furnitureOverseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipmentPerforming other relevant duties when needed
