Organize, co-ordinate and facilitate administrative functions (including human resource and corporate communication), meeting and activities of the Company and its group of Companies
Performs all office general administrative compliance matters
Assist in maintaining efficient and data filing management system
Assist in co-ordination and preparation of functions and meetings
Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by superior
Candidates must possess a minimum SPM and/or Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial or any other related field of study
Minimum 1 year of working experience in related field is required However, fresh graduates with studies in administration, human resource, secretarial, business or finance studies can apply
Must be conversant in computer and able to work with Microsoft Office applications
Must be very proficient in bothwritten and spoken English
Knowledge in Mandarin (written and spoken) will be an added advantage
Good interpersonal and communication skills with pleasant personality
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and constantly wiling to gain new experiences
Able to travel, if and when necessary
