Handle & coordinate import & export shipment (sea/air/courier)
Work closely with purchasing team and liaise with overseas supplier & forwarding agents on goods readiness and shipment arrangement
Checking on shipping documents and liaise with local forwarding agent to plan and arrange on shipment clearance and deliveries
Handle local sales orders, answer phone calls, taking orders from local customers and arrange deliveries
Provide general administrative support to various department within the company
Minimum Diploma holders
Knowledge of INCOTERMS
Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Meticulous and able to follow instructions
Independent, highly motivated and good team player
Good command in spoken and writing in English and needed to handle associates from China
