Job Scope Handle and coordinate import and export shipment sea air courierWork closely with purchasing team and liaise with overseas supplier and forwarding agents on goods readiness and shipment arrangement Checking on shipping documents and liaise with local forwarding agent to plan and arrange on shipment clearance and deliveries Handle local sales orders answer phone calls taking orders from local customers and arrange deliveries Provide general administrative support to various department within the company Requirements Minimum Diploma holdersKnowledge of INCOTERMSMinimum 2 years relevant working experienceProficient in Microsoft OfficeMeticulous and able to follow instructions Independent highly motivated and good team playerGood command in spoken and writing in English and needed to handle associates from China
