Job Description

Responsibilities To manage Full Spectrum of Administrative functions for Company and its related companies The ability to use Microsoft Office is aMUST Preparation of payment vouchers official receipts covering letters and invoices Systematic filing and safe keeping of all company documents eg company secretary documents invoices official receipts Human Resource documents To assist the accountant to prepare monthly statement for company and its related companies office expenditures Management of petty cash and its records Assits to supervise the maintenance of office facilities and equipment call vendors building management from time to time Supervision of cleaning and housekeeping of office by housekeeping Ensure compliance with management physical security policies Act as a point of contact internally externally and reachable in emergency situations Liaise with hotels restaurants and relevant parted for travel arrangement Check email and mailbox daily Collaborate and participate in projects to ensure continuous improvement and growth of the Company Provide other clerical and administrative support as required by manager and supervisor Requirements Candidate must possess at least Primary Secondary School SPM and quot O and quot Level in Business Studies Administration Management or equivalent Required languages Mandarin English Bahasa MalaysiaAt least 3Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position Required Skills Microsoft OfficePreferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical Administrative Support or equivalent Required Application Materials ResumeCover Letter which should include Educations certification and supportive documents in the related fields
