Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, hardworking and self-motivated Administrative Officer to keep things running smoothly. The ideal candidate will report to multiple managers with minimal direct supervision while maintaining good working performance. Therefore, he or she needs to have superb time management and organization skills. The candidate will be comfortable with general office operations, including electronic correspondence, filing, typing reports and dealing with customers and vendors. Our Administrative Officer should good people and communication skills in order to best work with our clients and work well with team members.

The successful candidate will focus on all aspects of customer satisfaction and care. We need a Administrative Officer who can take charge of our customer service department and foster positive relationships with our clients and vendors.

Job Responsibilities



Collaborate with the sales team to develop efficient methods for handling issues with customers and vendors

Monitor the customer satisfaction levels and develop methods for increasing them

Assist in creating ways for delivering excellent customer service

Handle office interactions which includes answering phone inquiries, and handling requests in a professional manner.

Coordinate communication between various departments, to keep all parties informed of general business operations.

Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every customer

Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies

Work with team members in liaising between orders and supplies



Job Skills and Qualifications



Bachelor’s degree / Diploma holder

Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

Experience in basic bookkeeping and tracking of documentations

Good organization, scheduling and time management skills.

Working knowledge on using computers and software

Excellent communication skills.



Preferred



Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong sense of professionalism and discretion required

Ability to work well in a team environment

Experience in customer service role

Able to speak Mandarin is added advantage
