How will you make an impact

The Aftermarket Sales Representative is responsible for negotiating and selling product service agreements (PSA’s) and large spare parts, recovery and upgrade packages to the Materials & Minerals business unit’s customer base in APAC This includes profitable revenue growth by discovering new opportunities, clients, and customers and forging and maintaining strategic relationships with channel partners The sales focus is Product support agreements across the Minerals, Coal, Cement, Bulk Material Handling and gauging product lines in APAC and Minerals in Europe

What will you do

Develop PSA packages that deliver value to our customers while maximising revenue from the contract

Prepare quotations for the customer including all appropriate research to ensure we can explain the value of the PSA

Present PSA offers to customer (by phone, webinar or in person)

Follow up with customers to ensure the timely placement of contracts and orders

Negotiate contracts including T & C’s to ensure that all contracts comply with Thermo Fisher policy

How will you get here

Trade qualification, certificate or associate diploma in a technical discipline

Degree level qualification in a relevant scientific, engineering or business discipline

Minimum of two years B2B sales experience in an industrial market with a track record of driving revenue growth

Demonstrated experience in delivering customer excellence

Demonstrated experience in negotiating contracts including T & C’s, and contract management

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Recent knowledge of the mining industry

Proven track record in identifying new business opportunities and growing revenue and profitability within an industrial aftermarket or service business
