Job Description


Represent and support the global CM team in the delivery of the Treasury global strategic agenda and in a wide range of Ways of Working (WoW) project activityAssist CM Team Manager and other Process Experts in identifying and prioritizing process enhancements and continuous improvement opportunities, including identification of key initiatives for the following year’s strategyProactive in building relationships with Global Cash Management and across business areas to obtain operational excellence, taking responsibility for any complex issues that will assist in the timely resolution of any operational matters for FO-BO processes as per Control Operating procedureParticipate in global CM expert networks to share experience and best practices, using collaterally the knowledge about processes in different ERPsAbility to work independently in finding solutions, taking pro-active approach towards problems and accountability for delivering assigned activities while keeping other team members informed as appropriateProactive in finding solutions, active approach towards problems and accountability for delivering assigned activitiesAbility to manage multi-task and meet multiple deadlinesDemonstrate support in Change Management processBuild trust and confidence in cooperation within Finance OperationsSupport to operate all SOX and internal controls in line with Work Instructions and the Group controls frameworkParticipate in additional special projects in timely manner and effective responses to special data/project requestsPrepare detailed analysis of cash flows within entity, combining information from several different data sources (both external and internal) and used historical trends for liquidity managementProvide variance analysis with deep understanding of the reasons and draw conclusions for the future; cooperate closely with Treasury Analytics and Settlements Team in LondonPerforming relevant follow ups for reconciliation process ensuring all control requirements are met on a timely basisPerform accounting activities accurately in line with timetableAbility to build own development plan and proactively engage in initiatives supporting personal growthParticipate in cyclical calls with Businesses, provide suggestions and solutions for open cases within the processCoordinate, organize and finalize different analytical tasks independently with strong data accuracy and high quality as requested by CM Team Manager


Operations - Operational duties are to be performed required to ensure all deadlines are met Assisting in process review and improvement in particular where changes impact the team’s WoWFirst point of escalation on any complex issues; Act as first point of call for in-depth process queries coming from stakeholdersControls - Apply e2e process knowledge and experience to contribute to discussions on risk-assessment and mitigationProblem solving - As and when issues occur in the team that require time and in-depth process understanding, though to be highlighted to the manager, the role holder will be expected to support issue resolution and takeg full responsibility for the completion of any ad hoc tasks as assignedProjects - Take coordination role in project work; support any agreed changes to the team's ways of working; be process Expert and Advisor to the TeamBehavioural role model Act as a role model within the team for Core Values, Behavioural Imperatives and Leadership Attributes (Individual Contributor)Communicate effectively within a virtual and multicultural environmentIdentify, understand, assess and adapt to changing business requirements and prioritiesInitiate ideas to improve the process - quick wins, support projectsAbility to prepare timely and effectively analysis and present results to the different stakeholders on global stage


Degree in Accounting / Finance / Related Business degreeMinimum 2 years of experiences in Cash Management/Finance areaKnowledge in SAP system and MS OfficeStrong knowledge and experience of the end to end Cash Management process, associated risks and controlsStrong accountancy knowledge, analytical skills and attention to detailVery strong team player, with effective communication, organization and stakeholder management skillsExperience in leading/participating change management projectsAbility to work independently while keeping other team members informed as appropriatePlanning and organisation skills Organize and finalize different analytical tasks independently with strong data accuracyAbility to manage multi-task and meet multiple deadlinesFlexible and co-operative approachStrong communication skills both verbal and written in Thai and English
