The Opportunity: AOG Supply Chain Executive
As an AOG Supply Chain Executive, you will be part of SR Technics’ AOG Resolution Centre team - based in Malaysia – that provides round-the-clock, global support to customers. In this role:
You will be the primary point of contact to deliver swift and precise solutions for all AOG and urgent aircraft material requests.You will decide, execute and coordinate activities that support urgent material requests from global customers. These activities include the transfer, purchase, sale, loan or exchange of parts to customers.
Responsibilities Include:Manage AOG & critical customer material requests for aircraft direct use and assure delivery of components to our global customers according to agreed KPI’s under most economicalCoordinate complex AOG cases together with Customer Demand Management, Customer Program Management to ensure best operational and most economical solution.Continuous highlight potential improvements in processes and documentation to increase efficiency and productivityEscalate business critical observations to team leaderPerforms other related duties as assigned by managementProvides back-up to other team members in performing their functions as and when requiredHighlight potential customer recharge opportunities to Commercial Key Account Manager
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Supply Chain, Aviation Management or Business AdministrationPrevious airline / aviation experience (MRO/OEM) is a MUSTA minimum of 3 years working experience in the areas of customer support, purchasing, material management, logistics or general supply chain will provide a strong foundation for you in this roleDemonstrated ability to understand, adapt and work with people of various backgrounds and cultureSAP experience preferredHigh fluency in verbal and written English. Other language skills will be advantageous
