Job Description

*TRAVELLING IS REQUIRED

*WORKING DAY MONDAY - FRIDAY (9AM - 6PM)

JOB DESCRIPTION



Participates in every aspect of implementation process from analysis of customer business requirements to configuration of the application that will meet the customer’s needs

Works with key users to ensure full understanding of the implications to the current business process

Identifies any need to modify a application and communicates that need to developers and other team members

Adhering to the implementation methodology, assists the team as needed to build the business case for value, productivity enhancements and meeting technical requirements

Facilitates the customer’s decision-making process by working to address the questions and needs of stakeholders Ensures proper understanding of the application and the overall solution

Conducts acceptance testing and training of customer resources in use and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics applications eg ERP or CRM or Retail management



REQUIREMENTS



Wlling to travel (customer office)

Minimum undergraduate degree in one of the following fields Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Sales and Marketing and Business Administration

ERP/CRM or Business processes experience preferred

Preferred person with minimum TWO (2) years working experience in handling ERP

Good computer application background

Strong analytical and communication skills

Self-motivated and willing to work hard

Required language(s) English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu

Clear communicator (written and verbal)

Proactive

Ability to manage / leadership skill

Knowledge of question techniques

Creative problem solving and conflict resolution



FUNCTIONAL/TECHNICAL SKILLS



Business analysis skills

Knowledge of Project management

Good documentation and communication skills

Knowledge of support process is an advantage

Knowledge how to conduct workshops and training sessions

In depth knowledge of core application functionality

General knowledge of related Microsoft® technologies eg SQL Server™ will be an advantage

Business software application, Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel will be an advantage

Candidate with experience in ANY ERP/CRM/Retail experience are encouraged to apply
