Supporting customers within the confines of application support tier 1 & tier 2 responsibilities.Fulfilling the defined SLA for response timeActing as an interface between customers and customer supportPartake in product development and work to implement the front-end of the next generationBuild efficient and reusable front-end systems for desktop and mobileCollaborate with designers to iterate on the design and implementation of our productRequirement:Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.Preferably Junior Executive specialized in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.Knowledge of C#, JavaScript and backend/front-end frameworksUnderstanding of platforms, REST and JSONAble to translate design into seamless HTML and CSSFresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
