Job Description

Attending regular meeting with clients consultants sub-contractor and others authorities Able to draft prepare edit read and understand drawings Review accuracy of drawings Charts and forms in compliance with local authorities and rsquo requirements as and when required Monitor architectural work carried out by sub-contractor at site Prepare site daily report of architectural work Supervise and monitor work progress at site ensure that all site activities are performed in the most effective and efficient manner To ensure all architectural works are complete according to proper method and achieve high quality standard Able to arrange and manifer material requisition and scheduling Attending regular meeting with clients consultants sub-contractor and others authorities To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by Management from time to time Job Requirement Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor and rsquo s Degree Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Certificate in Architect or equivalent Possess good interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients consultants sub-contractors and authorities Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia Able to work under pressure and work under minimum Supervisor Self-disciplined responsible self-motivated and dynamic personality
