Job Description

Responsibilities-



Responsible for maximizing individual branch sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the Top Management Develop sales team through motivation, counseling, skills development and product knowledge development

Meet revenue growth targets by keeping Company competitive and innovative

Assist branches to handle escalated customer issues when necessary

Prepare performance reports for Top Management to analyze monthly sales results

Work with Top Management to formulate accurate monthly target plan and mid-term (3 months) road map by analyzing pass year performance, supplier direction, market situation and competitor information to forecast future road map

Monitor and ensure stock aging and stock turnover day meets target set by company

Implement company policy to individual branches and enforce all company policies are carried out at entire branches

Build all branches to be Area Top Sales (ATS) by strengthening branch management efficiency (profitability), implement best display concept, and generate top sales over competitor stores

Increase customer base and strengthen Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Plan and create sales activities with Marketing Department to increase sales, market share and customer loyalty

Ensure that Sales and Marketing plan information and materials are passed to sales floor staff Check to make sure that sales team are always aware of latest promotional mechanics and marketing tools or materials that are available to them

Develop second liner, train future leader, build well-disciplined winning team, develop and retain potential

Increase non-hard line business by developing extended warranty hire purchase and accessories businesses

Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Assist Branch Manager as and when required

Attend company road show events during setup and throughout the event

Attend and chair sales, roadshow and supplier meetings as and when required

Update colleagues / subordinates on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues

Attend product launching and trainings and hep to pass on knowledge and selling skills to branch staff

Recognize and reinforce strong performance in subordinates Identify and encourage improvement where needed To view performance management as a two-way discussion that goes on throughout the year



Requirements-



Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent

Required language(s)English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia

At least 5Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Required Skill(s) Pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skills, Possess leadership quality, Strong business sense and industry expertise, Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

Preferably Manager specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent
