About Sunway Popbox

PopBox is an automated locker service for the e-commerce market People can collect, send, and return parcels Founded in Indonesia in 2015, it expanded into Malaysia in 2017 and is growing quickly

The Malaysia operation is a joint venture between PopBox Asia and Sunway Ventures (Sunway Groups corporate venture capital arm) The Malaysia team is less than 10 people and is looking for someone to help drive the startup to the next level

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Maintain and build customer relationship by providing service information, attend to enquiries
Maintains customers complaints records by updating information in the database
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Execute the marketing strategies and promotional activities ideas;
Execute and coordinate localize experiments to help drive PopBox adoption and awareness
Prepare, compile and submit weekly reports
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor degree or equivalent
Strong in planning and organizing skills, innovative and creative
Excellent communication, interpersonal and persuasion skills
Candidate with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator skills will be prioritized
Fresh graduates and candidates with working experience, preferably in public relation on consumer experience are encouraged to apply
