Requirements



Experience in international shipping arrangement / inbound or outbond document processing is a MUST;

Bilingual in English & Mandarin for communicating with Mandarin speaking counterparts;

Diploma/Degree in any field.



Responsibilities



Logistics documentation and shipping arrangements, inwards and outwards, in a construction / manufacturing company.

Prepares and checks all shipping documents to ensure that they are comply with import and export rules and regulations.

Books cargo space and places insurance for shipment in accordance with established company guidelines.

Liaises with shipping companies, port authorities, customs officials, transport contractors, suppliers and customers to ensure timely clearance and delivery of shipments.

Attends to queries relating to shipping documents e.g. from Customs and Trade Department on declared value of shipments.

Work week : 5 days work, Mon-Fri

Location : Sungei Kadut Area (transport to MRT provided)
