Job Description

Job Description Responsibilities To deliver and manage the entire spectrum of accounting include AP AR GL FA and finance functions Responsible for timely and accurate closing of monthly accounts inclusive of general ledgers as well as to monitor daily accounts and finance operational activities Provide complete and accurate reports submission on both regular and ad-hoc basis which is inclusive of financial analysis budgeting forecasting and costing as well as all other transactions and documentations Sound experience in budgeting and cash flow statements To liaise with other external parties such as auditors tax consultants companys secretaries bankers lawyers and government authorities on related job matters To ensure compliance with the latest accounting standards taxation regulations and companys internal policies To provide recommendations for improvements on various accounts and finance related policies process workflows and procedures To supervise and provide direction guidance and coaching to peers and subordinates in their respective job functions Undertake special assignment ad-hoc function and related duties and when necessary Requirements Strong analytical and planning skills as well as problem solving with strong financial judgement Experienced in liaising with bankers on funding requirements and project accounting Must have strong background in application of financing packages for projects Good organizers ability to prioritize workload and work within tight deadlines Able to work independently under minimum supervision Qualification Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree with major in Accounting and Finance or Professional Degree in Finance Accountancy Management ACCA CIMA or equivalent At least 5-7 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position Required Languages Bahasa Malaysia and EnglishBenefits Travel allowance is providedMedical InsuranceCan start immediatelyFlexible working hours
