Ensure monthly closing and reporting is performed timely and accurately Prepare quarterly balance sheet reconciliations and Group financial tax reporting pack submission Prepare fund and rsquo s financial reports in respect of the Company and rsquo s mandate account Prepare monthly bank reconciliations on a timely basis and to ensure all reconciling items are cleared promptly Perform daily fund transfer for creation and cancellation of PRS funds units Handle supplier invoices claims to ensure that they are properly approved and supported by the necessary documentation to evidence their validity Effect payments to duly approved invoices claims Tracking and monitoring of budget and expense Perform monthly income and expenses analysis to identify any significant changes in business pattern and preparation of dashboard reporting Perform daily NAV price checking by ensuring the pricing used for each securities in the PRS funds are correct Handle regulatory reports including the monthly PRS reporting Handle withholding tax matters pursuant to the Income tax Act 1967- Section 109b and 109g In charge of annual audit matters income tax and indirect tax submissions To lead finance projects execution Tracking and monitoring service level of service providers Requirements -Posses a bachelor and rsquo s degree in Accounting or FinanceAt least 2 years and rsquo related experience preferredHad hands-on experience working with general ledgersPossesses strong written and verbal communication skillsProficient with SAP systems including Concur and AribaAble to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
