Job Description

Responsibilities Coordinate the entire recruitment process including screening interview selection and orientation Prepare administer and updating records of employment contracts confirmation employee transfer and other HR administrative includes Leave and Attendance reports Manage the monthly payroll and maintain all the data to the highest levels of accuracy and confidentialTo liaise with internal and external parties with regards to employee and rsquo s compensation and benefit EPF SOCSO IRB Panel Clinics provider etc Coordinate the entire performance appraisal of employees and Generate report for employee and rsquo s performance KPI KRA and Training Need Assessment plan Maintains management guidelines on memo handbook policies and procedures Coordinate and handling counselling session and exit interviewInvolve in all disciplinary issues and ensure in compliance with Labour Law and Employment ActPlan and coordinate all employee engagement activities including festive celebrations sports recreational club newsletters and etc Provide HR relevant reports as and when requiredAny other ad-hoc tasks that assigned by ManagerRequirements Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree in Human Resource ManagementRequired 3-5 years of working experience in the related fieldKnowledge in Malaysian Labour LawResourceful organised and meticulousCompetent in Microsoft Office applicationsRequired languages Mandarin EnglishGood command of English language both verbal and written with the ability to interact with people at all levels Excellent interpersonal skills with good problem solving and analytical skillsAble to work independentlyPrefer if able to start immediately
