Job Description

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalentAt least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this positionPreferably Managers specializing in Finance - Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalentFull-Time position(s) availableNumber of Direct Reports 2

Knowledgeable in identifiying risk and implementing controls
Detail oriented, analytical, proactive and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
Able to drive projects and process improvements
A thorough understanding and knowledge of relevant finance tools and systems, including BI, BPC & SAP
Understand and apply relevant financial skills and knowledge
Understand the impact of accounting process and practice
Experience required Minimum 5 years
Education required Accounting or Accounting & Finance (Either one with professional qualification preferred)

Lead CI initiatives in order to enhance efficiency & effectiveness, using external benchmarks for World in Class units
Drive in implementing internal controls to ensure accurate financial reporting
Understand the functionality, interfaces, and interdependencies of the financial processes and systems; ensure the existence of adequate internal controls
Develop and assist in automating processes utilizing innovative technical and processing solutions
Handle accounting policy and procedure inquiries and ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests
Act as a SPOC between internal Global and Regional teams (eg Group Accounts, CP&A, Asia Pacific Finance) to maximize standardization, efficiency and alignment of internal tools and processes
Analyze variances and financial modelling to facilitate informed and robust decision making by senior stakeholders
Prepare and deliver accurate information (Budget, Forecast and Actual results), in line with Group accounting principles to assure a proper disclosure of company financial information to key stakeholders
