Responsibilities Verify invoices and other accounting documents and ensure data entry for all documents is performed timely and accurately Update and maintain accounting journal ledgers and other records detailing business transactions Prepare analysis for AP and accruals analyse discrepancies and unpaid invoices perform reconciliation of AP sub-ledgers Prepare bank reconciliation and withholding tax reconciliation Ensure processing of payments to vendors and petty cash payments are performed timelyMonitor and analyse the cashflows of the GroupAssist in month end closing and reportingAssist in audit and statutory reporting requirementsLiaise with other departments customers VendorsSupport in any ad hoc projects when requiredRequirements Candidate must possess at least Higher Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent 2 and ndash 4 years of Related Working Experience A high degree of computer competency in MS Office Efficient work flow processing with attention to detail Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Ability to take direction and show initiative Must be Reliable dedicated fast leaner and hardworking Fluent in English and Bahasa MalaysiaHands-on experience in SAP is preferable Those with audit experience will have an added advantageTravel to Indonesia when required
