Job DescriptionResponsible for logistics inbound and outbound Responsible for stock allocation and inventory report Overseeing Product Registration Managing master data of products and logistics info in SAP management system Review on sales performance and to optimize inventory Expedite or reschedule on purchase order shipment if necessary Monitor near expiry products and formulate action plans to reduce waste Monitor orders and shipment fulfilment to ensure goods come in on time and resolve problem related to undelivered goods to stores React to changes in demand and logistics Job RequirementsCandidate must possess at least an Advanced Higher Graduate Diploma in Business Studies Administration Management or equivalent Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel Good knowledge of beauty prospect and supply chain Preferably candidates who is experienced in beauty market background Minimum 4 years relevant working experience High sense of urgency and good follow-up High attention to small details analytical and quick thinking Able to complete monthly reports and any other required reports in a timely manner Great interpersonal skills and customer service oriented Self-starter creative and able to execute new solutions
