Your role as the Assistant Manager and ndash Talent Acquisition and Culture Engagement for the Shared Service Center will be far from one-dimensional You will manage the 360-degree cycle of recruitment as well as planning and executing employee engagement activities and events Talent Acquisition Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on referrals events and sourcing campaignsScreen Resumes and Interview Candidates to ensure they fit to the requirements prior to giving the Hiring Managers to interviewChampion the Assessment Center project and ndash from beginning till end the entire processManage Management roles and ndash Executive to Senior ManagerEnsuring the flow of recruitment pipeline including proactive sourcing from multiple sources eg College University Referrals etcContinuously ensure that the team hires above 10 of the Target headcount to ensure covers monthly churnApproaching candidates via direct search in traditional sourcing channels such as LinkedIn as well as the definition of new recruiting channelsExplore alternative and unconventional ways of recruiting and employer brandingEmployee Engagement Involve in the planning execution and coordination of employee engagement activities and ensure activities are being implemented and aligned with the foodpanda and rsquo s culture and valuesTo coordinate weekly sports activities and increase participation rate from employeesTo lead the foodpanda and rsquo s Fun Club team in the activities administration and operational excellenceAbility to manage large budgets and vendors for employee programs and events Working on projects such as culture playbook and career websitePreparing analysis based on feedbacks from internal happiness survey via our Peakon systemConstantly producing creative ideas and plansWorking on monthly engagement calendarRequirements Well verse in Microsoft Office Excel and Power PointBachelor and rsquo s degree in Human Resource or Psychology or BusinessAt least 3 to 5 years and rsquo experience as a Recruiter or a Recruitment Team Lead able to manage a Team of 2 Junior Talent Acquisition Excellent communication presentation time management writing decision making organizational and problem-solving skillsStructured and pragmatic approach to keep an overview especially in stressful situationsExcellent communication skills in English proficientcy in Mandarin is an added advantage as the role will support the hiring for Taiwan and Hong KongAbility to maintain confidential company informationExperience with high volume recruitment in E-commerce BPO or Call Center would be an advantageYou are innovative with solid industry knowledge and the ability to understand relevant profilesAttention to details and organizedMust be great with reports and numbersThe ideal candidate must be creative detail-oriented and organized and one who has the experience and passion in organizing events
