Report to Head of Marcomm and/or General Manager to provide Marcom and PR support for the assigned hotels.Responsible for providing strategic direction and execution of all communication materials for the assigned hotels.Ensure consistent adherence to Corporate Identity guidelines of the assigned hotel brand(s).Responsible for developing and maintaining content including videos and photographs of the assigned hotels on company's website and other owned platforms.Work closely with Director of Sales and Revenue Generated Department to develop new campaigns for the respective market segments.Recommend, use and optimize various communication platforms to engage with various audiences and market segments.Create various marketing materials to be used across various media platforms - offline and online Materials include but not limited to Brochures, online banners, advertisements, pull up banners, gift cards, corporate gifts, in-house collaterals, etc.Develop and execute social media strategies including content management to promote the respective properties & brand(s) assigned in increased awareness and build up the followers’ community.Develop PR strategies and activities to build and enhance the brand values of the hotels under his/her charge. Activities include but not limited to, media familiarization, media enquiries, media giveaways, media events, media engagement, etc.Under the direction of the Head of Marketing Communications or any designated person oversees Marcomm Department, will receive work assignments based on current/ad-hoc campaign plans.To control the departmental budget for marketing and communicationTo carry out any other duties as and when required.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.At least 5Year(s) of working experiencein hospitality industry is required for this position.Required language(s) Bahasa Malaysia and English (verbal and written).Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Public Relations/ Marketing/ Communications.
