Job Description

Responsibilities:Support all areas of expenditure and managing cost reduction.Contribute to the sourcing strategy and framework to support the organization to deliver the business strategy.Procurement lead for supplier chain management vendors such as adjusters, forensic accountants, legal panel etc as required by business units.Performance manage suppliers to ensure high service and improving claims cost outcomes.Ensure service improvements through best practice strategic sourcing of all procurement across Asia.Assist on the negotiation, agreement and management of supplier contracts through the full life cycle.Prepare annual business plans demonstrating continuous improvements to the purchasing and supply management processes in Asia.Successful implementation of best practice with well-defined procurement processes to ensure the compliance associated with Policies and Procedures.Participate in major supplier negotiations and review business cases for all categories.Enhance strategic supplier relationships to drive the improvement of supplier performance in line with organizational requirements and processes.Manage the discovery, collation, interpretation and representation of spend and savings data.Develop insightful reports to support management of suppliers and assist in initiative identification and developmentRequirements:Candidate must possess at least Bachelor s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degreein any field.At least 2Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Manager specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.Knowledge of procurement and contract negotiations.Strong negotiation, influencing and problem-solving skills with strong business acumen.Effective communication skills, planning and budgeting skills.Experience with onshore and offshore managed service contrac
