Works with Brand General Manager to supervise the development of marketing strategies, programs, and tactics consistent with the brand's short-term and long-term goals across product categories and all channels of distribution.
Coordinate with Brand General Manager to create & implement marketing strategies outlined by the brand to drive brand awareness and sales.Monitor and manage the marketing budget deliver creative and cost effective promotional activities including seeking sponsorship opportunities for increased external support.Propose and implement local promotional and trade marketing plan to support Regional team new launches objectives.Work closely with Regional team to recruit new consumer promotion campaigns and to develop consumer engagement plans.Analyze sales data and determine sales forecast.Prepare and present regular sales and marketing reports to management on monthly basis.Stay updated with latest marketing trends and competitor activities.Maintain customer relationship programs and track customer satisfaction.Recruit relevant key/beauty influencers to engage with the brand to increase brand awareness and brand love.To work closely and communicate clearly with Retail team and Trainer on time to develop and coordinate integrated marketing to drive results.To work with external agencies on development and designing of marketing collateral, promotional materials and promotion setup, which includes coordinating promotional drawings, preparing setup guidelines.Organizing PR related events such as press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours and visits for media and key influencers, etc.
