Job Responsibilities Assist Group Product Manager in handling and overseeing the business of the assigned brand Plan develop implement and manage assigned brand which will includes advertising promotional and consumer activation campaigns to support brand and rsquo s growth plan Conduct on-time post campaign reviews on brand campaigns and new product launches Close liaison with sales team Involved in setting of sales strategy by channel region product category setting up of sales targets and plans and following up with sales team on execution Determination of improvement areas within sales and identification of new opportunities sales initiatives Brand Portfolio management and ndash Manage range development and optimization across nationwide Pricing strategy - review and recommended changes upon needs Work closely with central and regional marketing to understand and seek insights and build strong consumer and shopper understanding that will help to deliver effective strategies for brand development Trade marketing role to drive customer and in-store visibility programs Plan manage and track A and P budget that will effectively support the yearly brand plans by market Within allocated A and CP budget Maximize returns on investment Management of external agencies Advertising and Media agencies and collaborate well to deliver effective and impactful communication campaignsEngage well with all markets and rsquo team to plan and implement brand activities Job Requirements Degree in marketing commerce or equivalent Minimum 3 - 5 years of brand marketing experience in consumer marketing ATL advertising and ground activation programs in healthcare or FMCG environment food dairyPossess strategic and long-term thinking with solid brand analysis and execution experience to enable strong business decisionsStrong presentation analytical and problem solving skillsAble to multitask and operate in fast paced and result oriented environmentHigh command of spoken and written English Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin will be an advantageKnowledgeable in Microsoft Powerpoint Excel and WordMore than 5 years and rsquo related experience will be considered as Product Manager
