Job Description

Responsibilities:



The incumbent is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, compiling & processing of materials purchase for the best quality & cost.

Monitor and expedite on deliveries performance of suppliers to ensure competitive pricing are given to company.

To liaise and verify with Account department regarding invoices.

To liaise with suppliers if they have any query on purchase order status, delivery mode and etc

Reconcile delivery order and invoice with Purchase Order.



Requirements:



Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar capacity.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office: Outlook/Word/Excel/Power Point.

Possess own transport and candidate must be willing to work in Shah Alam.
