Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Customer Satisfaction

Ensures products and service meet customer’s quality requirements, including set up and achievement of organizational quality target, establishment and implementation of corrective and preventive action, and quality continuous improvement

Analyzes and solves quality issues from customer, and provides feedback to customer

Coordinates for advance product quality planning process, review and approve PPAP documents submitted, to ensure all project advance development meet customer’s quality requirements

Plans and guides the development and assessment of supplier quality capability

Be responsible for supplier’s daily quality management and performance tracking

Be responsible for the preparation and treating for various quality audit activities (TS, 3C, Customer Specific Audit, etc)

Manpower Planning & Budgeting

Ensures that Quality department is adequately and efficiently staffed in accordance with the company’s business strategies


Reports and submits company quality operation document to top management regularly

Continuous Improvement

Ensures to build, implement, and continuously improves quality system and quality policy which is compatible with the company development and customer requirements

Be in charge of referring new quality management methodology and measurement indicator, organizes various company-wide quality continuous improvement activities

Tries to understand more about new solution and skills from Johnson Controls CSC and industry, proactively provides suggestion and proposal to management to improve operation efficiency

Be responsible for monitoring and continuous improvement of production quality operation status

Guides the testing and measurement activity

Improves Quality competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and inspiring innovations of ingenious products, services, solutions and processes

People Development

Supports employee development by offering proper training, coaching and job rotation opportunities; ensures that Performance Review, Succession Planning and other HR programs are implemented

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or above, engineering background preferred

2 years of automotive purchasing or tooling experience preferred
