Job Responsibilities

Achieves sales target and expenditures target, analyzing variance and initiating corrective actions

Identifies customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers to optimise sales opportunities

Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards

Analyse sales and customer relations reports, categorizing sales information and action plan, investigating and identifying solution to customer complaints

Maintains operations by initiating, scheduling, coordinating, executing and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures

Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results

Requirement -

At least 2 years managerial experience Experience in building materials or home finishing industry will be an added advantage

Excellent customer service and relationship building

Strong driver and results driven

Excellent time management, multi-tasking and leadership skills

Good communication and inter-personal skills

Positions are available at Jalan Kuching and Jalan Ipoh
