Job Description

We are a software development team that engineers, execute and implements modern enterprise software. We produce products by applying incremental delivery method in a fast paced environment.

We are looking for an Associate Business Analyst to assist Business Analyst in the process to continue improve and develop a concise, correct, clear and measurable sets of requirement document to be used as reference by the Technical Team Lead for system development. You will be tasked to assist and understand the project scope, to gather requirement (new features / enhancement) from clients key users, personnel (to be provided), work with Business Analyst and Project Manager in scheduling meeting with clients.

Responsibilities:

1. To assist Business Analyst on interview

Clients / stakeholders, to cover diverse cross-section from business perspective.
To gain understanding from the users of their current jobs challenges, environment, and problem, hence gain buy in from the users of some of the pre-determined features.
To prepare sets of question for interview purpose.
2. Prototype

To work with Technical and Project Manager in providing prototypes (if several needed), to provide better understanding from the Clients and close the requirement gap.
3.Document Analysis

To assist on gather data / document template from the client / users.
Analyze gathered data with Technical / product owner to close the requirement gap requested.
4. System familiarization and Observation

Familiarize and understand the current developed system, integrated and associated system to provide better requirement document.


Requirements:

Interest in providing a polished software / system.
Ability to summarize requirement to easy to understand format (to be comprehended by both client and developers).
Good follow-up ability.
Good interpersonal skill.
1-2 years experience in Business Process Outsourcing. (BSc IT, Computer Science, Business IT).
Knowledge in DB, (SQL, Non-SQL) and Web Application & automated test tools are added advantage.
Knowledge in Angularjs, PHP are added advantage.
Domain knowledge / relevant knowledge in financial / procurement system will be given priority.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
