Job Description

The Role:

You are responsible for attending to customers enquiries from Customer Service Careline with precise, accurate and concise information while ensuring customer satisfaction. You have to attend to inbound, outbound calls and email enquiries in a timely manner.

Other areas of responsibilities include:

Ensure customers authenticity before revealing sensitive information to customersAchieve personal and teams qualitative and quantitative targetBuild sustainable relationship and engage customers by taking the extra milePromote usage of self-help portals to customersEffectively resolve customers issue by ensuring proper follow-ups are done and completed on a quantifiable timeAttend briefing/training conducted by in-house trainers and other departments on new launched products, processes, procedures and etc.
Key Highlights for the position:

Normal working hours (non-shift based)Monday to FridaySmart casual attire

The Person:

Possess tertiary qualification. Preferably, in Education (Linguistic), Customer Service, Mass Communication, Journalism, Management, Business Administration, Insurance or any related disciplineWith at least 1-2 years of working experience in Call Centre preferably in Life Insurance or Financial industry. Preferably, with experience in handling correspondence such as letter writing or emailMulti lingualEquipped and updated with the current products, processes and proceduresSound product knowledge in life insurance/generalFamiliar with the operations in Call CentreInvestment knowledgeExcellent writing and communication skillsGood decision making, problem analysing and solving skillsInterpersonal relationship skillsAnalytical and critical thinking skills
