Job Description

The Role

To attend to walk-in agents and ensure that the agents expectations are being fulfilledTo ensure compliance with Branch Operational GuideTo meet deadline and service turnaround time setTo familiarise with new procedures, guidelines, and product knowledgeTo understand the features of all products and able to explain to customersTo attend to enquiries and complaints and follow through for effective resolutionTo monitor claims approved by Head OfficeTo process data-entry; prepare endorsements and checks reports in an accurate and a timely mannerTo ensure timely despatch of reports and correspondenceTo assist and relief Executive whenever the need arisesTo liaise with customer service officer or personnel from Head Office for clarifications and/or any requirementsTo liaise with hospital/ clinic for medical reports required for claimsTo conserve policies through client retention effortsTo handle ad-hoc assignments as and when assigned by superiors and managementTo be relief in Agency Service Centre, Finance and Customer Service Centre whenever needs arises

The Person

Possess tertiary qualification preferably in Customer Service, Communication, Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance or any related disciplineMinimum 1-2 years of working experience in Life Insurance CompanyPreferably with Customer Service or Life Underwriting experienceGood product knowledge and technical knowledge of Life UnderwritingUnderstand policy servicing guidelines & proceduresGeneral Insurance Act knowledgeGood decision making, problem analysing and solving skillsGood interpersonal relationship skillsGood public relation skillsFresh graduates are encouraged to apply
