Job Description

1) Assists in project managing digital enhancement projectsManaging timelines and timely communication when timelines are at risk of being metEnsure key requirements from NJOI are included in the scoping o these projectsEnsure project is effectively executed, tracked, and evaluated post-mortemEngage effectively with the relevant stakeholders to ensure the above are properly executedAttend meetings, ensure project is in line with timeline, contribute to scoping, understand interlinking points in which over divisions (aside from NJOI) plays a part in ensuring the solution is effectiveResponsible for ensuring close communication and management with developer (D5), to ensure key requirements from NJOI’s business is being met, and timeline is in line with NJOI’s campaign efforts
2) Assists in product marketing and campaign management colleagues to
Ensure timely execution of required systems for campaign roll-out (eg, creation of charge codes, campaign codes, new discount mechanisms)Ensures timely provisioning of offerings to entitled customers (eg, provisioning free Ria channel to customer X who is entitled due to buying a certain offering within the NJOI menu)Ensures maintenance of standards of customer distribution network experience – eg CH200, MCSS, njoicommy, voucher managementAssists in managing systems issues – eg, customer complaints due to failure of timely provisioningOperate in an independent, dynamic environment, with a strong degree of personal initiative, drive and accountabilityAble to create draft business cases for submission to FinanceAble to create draft slides with clear articulation of key insights
