General Description

Main focus in managing Chatbot Self-Service channels and TV Applications (Channel 200, Astro First & Astro Best) Chatbot is the first artificial intelligence-powered self-service channel for Astro powering all our chat channel such as WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger

Responsibilities -

Develop the product strategy and define the product roadmap covering user engagement & retention to support demographic profiling, ad sponsorships, aggregated & user-generated content publication, premium subscription, and brand effortsCreate detailed product specifications and document functional design needs to guide and prioritize the efforts of the engineering team, and the organization at largeDefine and drive the development lifecycle to release high-quality and innovative products, features and enhancementsLead project implementation to optimize operational excellence, feature development, and time-to-market, and manage the entire product lifecyclePartner with sales, marketing, and engineering to deliver business models that work well for stakeholders, customers, and partnersConduct customer research to gauge consumer satisfaction trends and evaluate perceived user experience improvementsPerform competitively and market analysis for use in the planning and implementation of improvementsDevelop business cases and evaluate the financial implications of potential projects Track and measure the success of tests and product launchesCommunicate ongoing business and market developments to cross-functional teamsRequirements -

Fresh graduates or 1 year of consumer Internet product management experienceUnderstanding of web and mobile application development best practices and the product management lifecyclePassion for new products and technologies, and the know-how to turn a vision into reality Must be able to "roll up your sleeves" and to think strategicallyBachelor's degree, preferably in engineering or computer scienceUnderstanding of UI/UX and copywriting are bonusGood design and business judgment of what makes a product great (or not)Good understanding of leading-edge web technologies, and other digital distribution such as mobile internet, mobile application, social networking, and user-generated contentGood analytical, creative, and problem-solving skillsAble to organize, prioritize and apply complex concepts to project tasks, and succeed in a fast-paced and results-oriented environmentBasic understanding of TV applications or artificial intelligenceGood understanding of multiple purchase logic and purchase journeysGood grasp of customer journeys and customer information handlingAbility to work in an innovative, high-growth, and start-up like environment supported with the stability of a public company
