What this job involves
The Associate works with the team to perform activities pertaining to the Order-to-Cash process This includes the following
Order and Invoice ManagementCustomer and Credit ManagementRevenue/ Accounts Receivables Management
The job holder is required to coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties to facilitate transaction related clarifications Additionally, the individual is required to initiate and participate in continuous process improvement initiatives within the function
1 Manage customer credit
Create/ modify wholesale customerCreate customer credit limits
2 Billing management
Process billing advice and credit note requestGenerate monthly billingMaintain customer deposit schedulePerform deposit clearingPerform reconciliation
Retrieve merchant payment advice of e-paymentReceive credit advice (cash, cheques, JCB, Diners)Monthly posting of account receivables receipts and discrepanciesMaintain collection schedule by tender type
4 Month end
Perform account receivables reconciliations & identify adjustmentsGenerate report such as aging report and support audit activities

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge
Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Business (or any other related fields)Knowledge in IFRS / MFRS / other local regulationsAudit background is preferredCertified Chartered Accountant is preferred
Up to 2 years of experience in finance related functionsKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-national organizationDetail-oriented and reliable
Proficient in English, oral and written and preferably in other languages (Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia) is an advantageProblem solver with a continuous improvement mindsetWell-versed in international and local accounting requirements and regulationsAbility to respond flexibly and empathetically to customer needs, managing their expectations effectively
Ability to work independently and with a teamAble to adapt to a fast changing environmentGood analytical and communication skillsAbility to multi-taskFull-Time position(s) available
