Drive Knowledge Culture
Research, develop and implement knowledge management practices as they apply to organizational culture, operational processes and our technology
Create standards for design and delivery of knowledge asset type eg sales bulletins are PDF documents distributed to customers and partners
Identify appropriate delivery methodologies based on audience learning styles, nature of content to be delivered within the context of business needs and constraints
Manage the lifecycle of the knowledge assets including setting up regular checkpoints to identify their accuracy and current relevance
Developing effectively through coaching Communicating to create understanding on their goals and ambition Assisting to discover and overcome their personal barriers and set goals
Manage Cross-Functional Program
Promoting Knowledge Sharing
Promote knowledge sharing though the organization’s operational business process and systems by, among others, strengthening links between knowledge sharing and the information systems, and improving integration among information systems in the organization, to facilitate seamless exchange of information across systems
Coordinate meetings with internal and external teams to manage milestones, requirements, schedules and technical issues
Represent the needs of Customer Success, Engineering, Business Development, Sales and Marketing in prioritizing the development of knowledge assets
