Job Description

In collaboration with the team lead, the global head and APAC CAO, build out the APAC PS&C frameworkIdentify opportunities to ensure a One Citi AML consistent approach to PS&C framework and initiatives eg communication vehicles, tools and repositoriesBe a central point of contact for the Global team to ensure the delivery of timely and consistent global messaging through innovative distribution channels aligned with Citi AML key priorities, goals and Must Win Battles while also enhancing and streamlining existing suite of regional and country communications where appropriateCollaborating with the Global team to drive and innovate key people strategy themes including Onboarding, Integration & Engagement, Development & Career Paths, Rewards & Recognition, Career and Leadership DevelopmentCoordination end-to-end of Citi AML APAC events including Town Halls, Offsites, learning opportunities including spearheading agenda, executing all logistics and driving all contentCoordination of visitor meetings to the KL Hub and other adhoc event coordinationCoordination and preparation/collation of material for Senior Leadership team meetings both virtual for the APAC region and onsite SLT meetings in the KL HubResponsibility for design and/or collation of material for management presentations as requiredVoice of the employee - in collaboration with country and regional teams, responsible for leading the analysis of VOE results and recommendations and tracking any action plansOversight for the APAC VOE efforts and budget while supporting regional and country VOE championsOversight of employee rewards and recognition programs including Citi Gratitude expenditure within APACCollaboration with APAC senior admin support to ensure oversight of organization charts and other relevant tasks executed by the admin teamCollaboration with Human Resources on talent programs and career development opportunities and strategiesCoordination and tracking of employee activities where appropriate eg speaking engagements, success stories etcEnhance awareness and understanding of important Compliance issues and projects across organizationOther Executive support where required

Qualifications, skills and competencies
5+ years of experience in Operations, HR, employee relations or other role with skills akin to the job descriptionExceptional verbal and written communication and presentation and interpersonal skills a prerequisiteAbility to think strategicallyAbility to act tactically and be heavily execution focusedAbility to demonstrate clear leadership and to work closely and co-operatively with broad stakeholder groupAbility to think critically to identify the strengths and weaknesses of solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problemStrong planning and organisation skillsDemonstrates ability to prioritize, multi-task and execute tasks with a sense of urgency in a rapidly changing environment in order to meet deadlinesAbility to work under pressureDemonstrated problem solving and conflict resolution skillsSelf-motivated and willing to partner with stakeholders to achieve desired outcome

University Degree (Marketing, Accountancy, Banking, Business, Economics or Law a plus)
