Job Description

To deliver excellent service through Bank difference via phone interactions with existing customers by providing customer servicing transaction capability and to prospects by generating interests and generates leads To identify cross sales opportunities with existing customers with an objective of deepening customer relationships Responsible for building the business and deepening customer relationships through execution of effective telephone banking process Accountable for meeting individual Standard of Performance SOP and Department goals and standards To provide customer and rsquo s feedback to Service Manager Service Supervisor to assist in decision making and enhancing the Bank and rsquo s image To comply with Bank and rsquo s policies and available procedures guidelines to ensure safety and security of the Bank and customers and rsquo assets are maintained Requirements SPM STPM Diploma Degree with at least 3- 5 years of working experience in call centre banking or customer service environment Fresh Degree holder are encourage to apply Training will be providedAbility to work under pressure and independently with sales drive Possess good inter personal skills high energy confidence and courteous Willing to work on 24 7 shift 5 days per week including rotation on weekends and public holidays Shift change on monthly basisStrong command of spoken and written English Mandarin would be an addedadvantage to support dual language language allowance provided Should be web savvy and have strong PC skills Applicants must be wiling to work either around Ampang Park area nearby public transport - walking distanceAvailable for PERMANENT role with immediate intake on every month
